Return Cost

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless you have received an incorrect or damaged item.

30 Days to Return

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your product. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns submitted after this 30-day period.

Exceptions

Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are created specifically to your requested specifications. Because these products are made exclusively for you, they are not eligible for our standard return policy unless they arrive damaged or defective.
